Embroidery & Screen
Printing.
Clothing can be screen printed or
embroidered and in both cases there is an
origination cost for graphics. Example
prices quoted for embroidered items include
one logo of 5,000 stitches in one position
or one single colour print.
Screen printing involves making a screen for
each colour at a cost of about £25 per
screen although this can vary with size.
Graphics for screen printing must be
supplied in vector format such as Adobe
Illustrator EPS. Screens are not usually
stored indefinitely unless specifically
requested.
Embroidery templates are held as computer
files and can therefore be used many times
once produced. The cost of embroidery is
related to the number of stitches and the
approximate prices on this web site are for
up to 5,000 stitches. For most designs this
is adequate but can be exceeded
significantly for large designs. There is a
multiple cost for stitching applied to
different parts of the garment e.g. on both
the breast and the sleeve.
We accept designs for embroidery in all the
popular formats that can be opened by Adobe
Photoshop.
When specific colours are needed we must be
supplied with a Pantone reference.
Design files are normally accepted via
email. Adjustment of file sizes and image
sizes to suit the job are normally made free
of charge. We can create graphics from
scratch at extra cost.
In all cases we supply a proof which must be
signed off before a job proceeds.
Cancellations after acceptance of the proof
are not accepted.
All colours shown on this web site are
approximations as no two computer screens
generally look the same.
Shipping and packing is charged extra at
cost and we will provide estimates on
request.
All prices shown on this web site
include basic personalisation and are
approximations. VAT must be added to product
and shipping prices.
We normally ship within three weeks of
receipt of an order but depending on
circumstances we can sometimes ship within a
few days. For express service extra charges
may apply. We will not be held responsible
